Each percentage will be a percentage of the 360 degrees in your pie.

    So for Paper/Waste – .30*360 = 108 degrees is your wedge.

Draw your circle. Use a protractor and put it on the center of the circle. Measure 108 degrees from any starting line and you have the line for your wedge.
For each subsequent wedge, when you measure the degrees, you will start from the line of the previous wedge.

Check out Thames and Kosmos kits. They have several environmental engineering ones: Power House, Hydro Power, Wind Power, Solar Physics, etc. You can find most of them at xump.com The great thing about their kits is that they come with amazing full color booklets that guide you through experiments.

Ok…here's what you do…30% is equal to 30/100…so if you do want to get it as a 'part' of a circle/pie (360deg)…you write out your formula:
    30/100 = x/360
    Solve for x:
x = (30*360)/100 = 108deg so you mark out on the circumference of your pie chart where you start and then measure accurately 108degrees and make another mark on the circumference…and then draw a line from there to the centre of the circle.

All in all, if you just multiply the percentages by 360deg, you get the deg of the slice of each of the stuff…

The first thing I would do is cut the circle into fourths. Each fourth is 25%. Add a little extra to one to get 30%. You just have to estimate. I doubt that the teacher will actually measure them. As long as you are close to the %, you should be ok.

You can draw a circle with something you find around the house, like the base of a jar.

It was going to be a secret until the marriage was consummated, therefore a valid marriage, which their parents couldn't undo easily. So then the Montagues and Capulets would be forced to get along. The play does not say whether Friar Lawrence had intended to announce it the next day, or the next week, or when. Everyone's plans changed after Tybalt died and Romeo was banished.

Depends on the data. Scientific images, like any other photograph, are probably copyrightable (though this has NOT been tested in court) and are generally treated as copyrighted. Column of numbers? Fact, therefore not copyrightable in the US (though beware of “database rights” overseas). Statement of method? The expression of the method (as in an article) is copyrightable, but the actual method as such is not.
